What are the requirements to become a partner?
We value passion and reliability. You should have real-world experience, be able to legally issue invoices in your region, and have recurring availability to run workshops over time.

Do I have to pay anything?
We use a simple percentage-per-booking model. There are no fixed monthly fees or hidden charges: you only pay a small commission when you earn.

How will I get paid?
All payments are processed through Stripe Connect Express. When a participant books your activity, Stripe collects the full payment, automatically deducts LUDICO's commission, and transfers your share directly to your Stripe account, typically within 2 to 7 business days. LUDICO never holds your funds. To receive payments, you'll need to create a free Stripe Express account during onboarding; this takes just a few minutes and is fully guided.

What about invoicing?
LUDICO issues invoices to participants on your behalf for all bookings made through the platform. You remain responsible for your own tax obligations as an independent professional or business.
