This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website ludico.es, as well as all its subdomains and dependent pages. Accessing and using this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the conditions set out here.

LUDICO is a technology platform that connects users with organizers of workshops and creative experiences in Barcelona. LUDICO acts exclusively as a marketplace intermediary: it facilitates discovery, booking and payment, but is not a party to the service contract, which is entered into directly between the user and the partner. Payment is processed through Stripe Connect in LUDICO's platform account and, once the activity has taken place and a minimum 48-hour window has elapsed, LUDICO instructs the transfer of the net amount to the partner through Stripe Express, after deducting its commission and the VAT applicable to it.

All content on ludico.es, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, graphic design, source code, and other audiovisual or sound content, is owned by LUDICO or its legitimate owners and is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.

• Reproduction, distribution, transformation, or public communication without the express authorization of the owner is prohibited.
• Trademarks, trade names, and distinctive signs are owned by LUDICO or their respective owners.
• Access to ludico.es does not imply any assignment or license over these rights.

The User undertakes to use the website lawfully and correctly, in accordance with current legislation and this Legal Notice. It is expressly prohibited to:

• Use the website for unlawful, illegal, or bad-faith purposes, or in ways contrary to public order.
• Introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical system that may damage the platform.
• Attempt to access, use, and/or manipulate data belonging to LUDICO, third-party providers, or other users.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify content without LUDICO's express authorization.
• Carry out scraping, crawling, or any other automated data extraction technique without authorization.

LUDICO is not liable for damages of any kind arising from:

• The lack of availability, continuity, or operation of the website due to causes beyond LUDICO's control.
• The unlawful or negligent use of the website by the user.
• The quality, accuracy, or reliability of activities published by Partners.
• Linked or referenced content from ludico.es that belongs to third-party websites.

LUDICO reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or modify access to the website whenever it deems appropriate, without prior notice and without any liability.
