This Cookies Policy complements our Privacy Policy available at ludico.es/privacidad. LUDICO complies with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device when you visit them. They are used to keep your session active, remember your preferences, or analyze platform usage.

In addition to cookies, we use similar technologies such as local storage (localStorage) and tracking pixels in emails, subject to the same consent rules.

5. How to manage your preferences

From the LUDICO panel

  • Access “Cookie preferences” in the footer of ludico.es.
  • You can enable or disable each category independently.

From your browser

  • Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Options > Privacy and security > Cookies and site data.
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data.
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies.

Provider-specific opt-outs

  • Google Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Meta/Facebook Ads: facebook.com/ads/preferences.
  • Resend: unsubscribe link included in each transactional email.

6. International transfers

Some providers (Google, Meta, Vercel, Mapbox, Stripe, Resend) process data outside the EEA. These transfers are carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). For more information: ludico.es/privacidad.

7. Updates to this Policy

LUDICO may update this Policy to reflect changes in the cookies used, regulations, or third-party services. Material changes will be notified through the cookie banner and/or by email.
